Benefits You Everyday (BYE) is a multi-tenant enterprise platform for managing insured benefits across clients, carriers, and internal teams. As a UX/UI Designer at Halo Media, I partnered closely with product managers and business analysts to scale the platform while maintaining clarity and usability within a highly constrained environment.

In parallel, I led the design of Life2Life (L2L), a new MVP dashboard module within BYE, created to digitize manual workflows and standardize processes across regions. The MVP exploration required introducing new design language, including components like bulk actions and inline text editing, which did not exist in the BYE library. These additions enabled more efficient interactions while maintaining consistency with the platform’s existing patterns.

Design exploration for L2L focused on translating these complex workflows into a dashboard that was clear, actionable, and easy to scan. Iterations incorporated analyst and product feedback to refine hierarchy, interaction patterns, and content density, ensuring that the dashboard supported faster, more confident decision-making while integrating seamlessly with existing BYE workflows and laying a scalable foundation for future regional expansion.
